Rain Rain, Don't Go Away

It's been raining hard these past days.  For some people, the rain is something that they dread because of the flood but not me.  The rain always takes me back to the time when I was young and pure joy simply means being able to frolic in the rain.

Little A was a little afraid of the rain that's why I had to carry him.

Now that I have kids, I want them to be able to appreciate things that are around them; And just because they have a huge age gap doesn't mean they can't play together.

No longer afraid.  Little A and Ate A played with bubbles and  the hose in the rain.

So when it rained, I was the first one up.  They were a little hesitant at first but eventually they joined me.  Now they can go back and say, "I had fun with my Mama in the rain."

  1. We love playing in the rain too. Sometimes it's nice for our kids and even for us to enjoy nature and stay away from techy things.... Rain is love.

  2. It is a good experience to be under the rain and introduce it to your children. I did this too when I was younger. By the way, would you like us to follow each other?
