Fighting Common Illnesses + Champs Chewable Vitamins Giveaway

This is it! The rainy season is finally here.  Sure I love the rain.  I've got fond memories of playing and dancing under the rain but I recently found myself praying that the sun will at least shine long enough for my son's cloth diapers and my daughter's uniform to dry.  But that's not all.  Rainy season brings about illnesses and diseases.  Some of the common ones are

cough
flu
colds
diarrhea
typhoid
skin irritation
dengue
leptospirosis

The good news is we can do something about it.  We can prevent ourselves and our kids from being infected by living a healthy lifestyle.  Here are a few tips:

STAY CLEAN.  Most diseases are caused by germs and bacteria.  Cleaning the environment will mean eliminating germs around you.  Take a bath everyday.  Wash your hands before and after coming into contact with dirty objects.  This is really simple but oftentimes gets neglected.

DON'T SOAK IN FLOOD WATERS.  Leptospirosis and skin irritation are just two of the diseases you'll get if you happen to soak in flood water.  For those living in areas where it's often flooded, make sure that you clean your feed and legs right after.

LIVE A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE.  Improve your immune system by eating the right kind of food, exercising and taking vitamin supplements.  Some kids don't like drinking medicines but that's no longer a problem nowadays because there are companies who got creative with kid's vitamins like Champs Chewable Vitamins.  They come in different shapes, fun colors and flavor that your kids can enjoy.

Time for a Giveaway!

Thank you to the generous people of CCM International Philippines, I'm giving away one sample pack for one lucky Planet Mom reader.  This is open to Philippine residents only.  To join, just follow the instructions below:
