I found out about the Tiny Buds Natural Baby Bath after my son was named as one of the Tiny Buds Baby Ambassador last February 13, 2013 . Although I've been using a different baby bath for my son, I got one of them immediately after I learned that it's already available. Tiny Buds has Planet Mom's approval in terms of providing effective and baby safe products and this is one product that I don't want to miss.
The baby bath comes in a 200 ml package and just like any other Tiny Buds products, it featured one animal. This time it featured the whale and two really cute ducks that my son adored; although the Penguin from Tiny Buds Scratch Off remains his favorite.
Tiny Buds Natural Baby bath is both a shampoo and a body wash which is exactly what I look for. It's made from all natural ingredient that is safe for your baby's skin.
As soon as I received the package I immediately used it on my son's next bath. The product is true to its label that its indeed mild as water. He didn't get irritated when a little bit of water and soap would go to his eyes. However, the scent is just too mild for an active 3-year old toddler who loves to run around whenever he can. If I had a baby, I would definitely get this.

Mommy Discovery: Tiny Buds: Tiny Fangs
It's no secret that my son has been using a different brand of toothpaste when his first tooth erupted. During the Grand Baby Fair last February, we found out that Tiny Buds, one of my trusted Mommy Brand, just introduced Tiny Fangs.
Tiny Buds' Tiny Fangs is a Kiddie Tooth Gel that has xylitol and is flouride-free. It is safe for kids even if they end up swallowing it. I think we all know that babies don't know how to spit yet.
My son is almost three so I had him try Stage 2. It turned out that he wasn't ready for those foams yet so we ended up switching back to Stage 1. He loved the strawberry banana flavor. Brushing his teeth has never been an issue with us but I'm glad to find another reason for him to do so. All I had to do is tell him that it's "strawberry banana time" and he'd go to the bathroom.
As a mother, it's important for me to teach my kids oral hygiene. I know how painful it is to have a toothache and the only way to prevent it is to visit the dentist and keep their teeth clean. I'm glad to have found a new partner in caring for my son's pearly whites.
Tiny Buds' Tiny Fangs is available in all SM stores now.

Meet My Tiny Buds Baby Ambassador 2013
Culminating the Tiny Buds Baby Ambassador search was the Mommy Meet up and Awarding held earlier today at the Linden Suites in Ortigas.
We first knew about Tiny Buds when we joined the Mommy Milkshake in 2011. Because their products are free from harmful chemicals, we got hooked since then. And when I found out that they were looking for Baby Ambassadors, I immediately thought that my son would be perfect!

Awarding and pictorials. My son was so excited to have his pic taken with the penguin. |
Earlier today, I had the chance to meet up with other moms who love Tiny Buds as much as we do. I love hearing them share their experiences and realize that I can relate to most of them. And we all agreed on one thing, when it comes to our babies, we just wouldn't settle for anything less.

Our Mommy Mundo Weekend
Last Sunday, my family and I went to the Mommy Mundo Bazaar. We have been attending several of their activities and this is one Bazaar that I just couldn't miss. Aside from the Christmas shopping that I want to finish before December, I was also looking forward to getting my first Mom Planner. My Dear Husband surprised me by paying for my Mommy Mundo Passport Card before the 15th of November and with that I earned my free Planner and an entrance to ALL Mommy Mundo Events. (Isn't he sweet?)
As expected, there were a lot, and I mean a LOT of great buys. I also saw familiar booths like Mommy Treats, Tiny Buds, Cycles and Cradle and Bug & Kelly.
What I love about Mommy Mundo events is that they provide a breastfeeding area for the nursing moms. When my toddler asked to be nursed, I thought this is the best time to check out the space. The area was covered by curtains to create privacy and there were couches for the moms. I just find it a little funny when me and my son entered the area and you see the babies nursing peacefully. And then there I was with my noisy toddler in tow who's singing "Mommy Mommy Milk. Yummy Mommy milk" while waiting for me to settle down.
Bringing a toddler into these kinds of events can be a quite a challenge. They run around. They get cranky. They get impatient. Thanks to the play area provided by the organizers. My son had a blast playing while I finish my shopping.

A Peek Into Our Nappy Bag
One of the things that I love about breastfeeding is that I don't have to bring that much stuff when we leave the house. So I invite you to take a peek at our diaper bag.
I only have less than 10 items in the bag:
Drypers Diapers (I only use Cloth diapers when we're at home.)
Baby Wipes
Tiny Buds Hand Sanitizer
Tiny Buds Baby Powder
Avent Straw Cup
Face Towel
Extra Shirt and Shorts
Even my 10-year old daughter can pack this, don't you think? What about you? What's in your diaper bag?
